Shipping Policy

I. Order Processing:

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability, and items you have added to cart will not be reserved and can still be purchased by other customers.
    The products sold at CHONG KIO are in stock and can be shipped from our distribution center. However, in some cases, we may have to wait for our supplier to ship the goods and fail to ship according to the procedure, and our customer service specialists will contact you immediately. Please note that in these cases, we will notify you by email and refund the payment to your credit/debit card/e-wallet within 30 days of becoming aware of the unavailability of the item. CHONG KIO will keep records of your transactions for at least one year.

  • Once your order has been successfully placed, an order confirmation page will appear and you will receive an order email.

  • Orders placed on the official online store will be reviewed within 24 hours and shipped within 3 to 5 working days after your order is confirmed.

  • All orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday). If you place an order on a weekend or public holiday, it will be processed on the next working day.

  • Once the order is confirmed, it is not possible to change the delivery address, CHONG KIO will not be responsible for the wrong address on the order.


II. Delivery Service:

  1. Standard delivery service (Hong Kong, Macau, and Mainland China only)

  • The delivery scope in Hong Kong includes: Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories, and outlying islands.

  • Do not use a PO Box as your shipping address.

  • Each order can only be delivered to one address. If you want to ship your order to different addresses, please place separate orders for each address.

  • Order processing: After the payment is confirmed, it will take 2-3 working days for the order to be processed and shipped, depending on the availability.

  • Under normal circumstances, the standard delivery service will be delivered to the delivery address in Hong Kong and Macau within 2-3 working days. Orders in remote areas of Hong Kong will take an additional 3 to 4 working days to be delivered.

  • In case of holidays or extreme weather conditions, the delivery time may be extended.

  • Except for activities specifically indicated on the website, the shipping principles are as follows:

Free shipping on orders of HK$1,500 or more.

If the order amount is less than HK$1,500 after discount, a shipping fee will be charged based on the weight of the goods.

  • When providing Mainland China delivery information, please provide the recipient's national ID number to speed up the customs clearance process.

  • Due to changes in customs clearance procedures and increased disinfection testing processes, Mainland China orders may take 7-14 working days to be delivered, and the timeliness may change depending on the actual situation.

  • If you need to change the address after the goods are shipped, please contact SF Express for further arrangement. Any additional costs incurred must be paid out-of-pocket.

  • If you are unable to receive the parcel due to personal reasons, please contact SF Express to make arrangements. If the shipment fails repeatedly, your order may be cancelled and no refund will be issued.

2. Hongkong Post SpeedPost (EMS) overseas delivery service

  • This website provides Hongkong Post SpeedPost (EMS) overseas delivery service.

  • Overseas shipping costs are subject to the system display. We will collect the price of the product and the overseas shipping fee at the same time, and then arrange the delivery.

  • The weight of the product is measured in whole kilograms. Weighing less than one kilogram is counted as one kilogram, and so on.

  • There is no change of address service, please ensure that the address submitted is correct.

  • If you wish to ship more than 10kg of goods overseas, please contact our Customer Service Officer at service@chongkio.com or (853) 6283 2980 for an alternative quotation.

  • When the goods are delivered and the receipt is received, our responsibilities are completed. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage to the item if it is not delivered to the designated address after delivery. If there is any problem with the delivery, you need to negotiate directly with Hong Kong or the local post office at your own expense, and we will cooperate to provide the required delivery receipt.


Precautions for overseas ordering:

  • Goods delivered overseas may be subject to customs random inspection. Since all customs duties are determined by the customs office at the place of destination, the details of the tax amount will not be confirmed until the mail arrives in the destination country.

  • The Company cannot anticipate the amount of taxes, the cost of the products and the cost of delivery do not include taxes and taxes that may be applicable by customs or postal authorities in the country of shipment, and any taxes incurred by the mail are the responsibility of the buyer.

  • For any fees that may be incurred before receiving the mail, it is recommended that you check your local customs website and we will declare the customs according to the actual order amount of each box.

  • The recipient will be considered the importer of record and must comply with all regulations of the destination. Orders shipped outside of Hong Kong may be subject to taxes (including, but not limited to, VAT, sales tax, import duty, goods and services tax), duties and other charges imposed by the destination country (collectively, the "Taxes"). Recipients of international shipments may be required to pay this tax, which is levied when the shipment arrives in the recipient's country. The recipient must pay an additional fee at the time of customs clearance. 

  • Tariff policies vary, please contact your local customs office for more information. If you need to go through customs clearance, it may be later than our original estimated delivery time, and you, as the importer of record, bear the risk in this regard.

  • If the customs of the place of receipt decides that the mail is subject to tax, the town must pay the customs duty before it can be cleared and released.

  • In some countries, customs offices require the importer of record to provide a certain form of identification before shipping. You may be required to provide an identification number, such as a unique identifier, CPF or tax ID number.

  • As customs authorities around the world have different import restrictions, it is your responsibility to check with your local customs office for import restrictions and you do so at your own risk.

  • By completing the order process by confirmation, you accept and accept responsibility for all surcharges, taxes or requests for import documentation for the shipment of the ordered merchandise.

  • If the item is rejected and returned, we will charge the return shipping and handling fee, and the remaining balance will be refunded directly to your payment account. Note: Due to the import laws of the local countries involved in the payment of surcharges, taxes, or registration of the goods to the destination or the application for an import licence, etc., we are required to truthfully report the value of the goods (including the value of the gifts), and some countries even require that the documents containing the details of the goods, including the value of the goods, must be attached to the package for customs clearance. Therefore, under no circumstances will we be able to adjust the value of the goods on the customs declaration documents at the request of the customer.

III. Insurance and Delivery

CHONG KIO is insured for each order and is valid from the time the CHONG KIO is shipped to your delivery address. We require a signature for all goods delivered, at which point the responsibility for your purchase will pass to you. If, as a result of the delivery of the goods (e.g. as a gift), you designate a consignee other than yourself, you acknowledge that the signature evidence (or such delivery address) of them or their designated person is evidence of the delivery of the goods and the performance of the contract by CHONG KIO, and the liability passes in the same way.

Please note that we aim to ship all orders within 48 hours of placing them. The estimated delivery time is for reference only and is counted from the date of shipment. CHONG KIO is not responsible for any delays caused by the customs clearance process at the destination.


IV. Return and Exchange Policy

If you receive an item that is incorrect with the content of your order, you must contact our customer service specialist and submit an exchange request within 7 days of receiving your order. If the product package is not opened, and our customer service specialist confirms that the quality of the product is from CHONG KIO, we will send you an exchange confirmation by email and arrange the exchange process. Please note that we will only accept an exchange if the goods shipped are not the same as the contents of the order, and all other reasons will not be accepted. If the returned goods are confirmed, we will refund the cost of the goods to your CHONG KIO account in the form of points.

OUR POLICY
All items to be returned must be new, unused, replaced, or damaged, and still have all CHONG KIO tags and packaging, as well as disposable closure stickers intact. If the returned item has been damaged or the disposable closure sticker has been torn, we will not accept the exchange request and will return the item to you and/or reject the refund request.

Promotional Items
Marked as "Promotion" during our sale period are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Repeated Exchanges
We provide you with a flexible exchange policy, and we hope that you can have a convenient and enjoyable online shopping experience. At the same time, we will keep a record of your number of exchanges, and if there are multiple exchanges in a row, it will come to our attention, and we may, at our sole discretion, close your CHONG KIO account or refuse your subsequent return request.

Please note that we are not responsible for the product you are returning from CHONG KIO that you did not purchase from CHONG KIO.
